Southern Studios continues to provide the Greatest Scenery, Props,
Studio facilities, Equipment, Services and Support to the South
Florida Production Community.
We are not a
production company, but rather a resource for commercial
productions, music videos, movies, infomercials, still photography,
trade shows, music rehearsals, parties and corporate events. We are
always motivated and challenged with each new project and are always

designers, carpenters, and scenic artists who can manufacture

straw, plastic, etc. We have provided sets in our studios and on
location for thousands of productions. From entire ballrooms to the
smallest tabletop shots, we create exactly what you need. And, our
huge inventory of in-stock scenery, props, and backdrops guarantees
that we can meet your needs no matter the budget. Interior and
Exterior Walls, Windows, Columns, Stages, Shapes, and more. If we
don't have it, we'll build it!

Family-owned and operated,' we provide the friendliest, cleanest,
most comfortable studios in town. Studio A - is 50' x 60' x 16'
high, fully soundproofed and features a full cyc, two dressing
rooms, 10' x 10' street access and a client room. Studio B is 500
square feet ideal for small sets, product shots and head shots.
Other features include a practical kitchen, client room, and
conference room.
Our
Lighting and Grip
Department offers
a full complement of Mole Richardson Lighting, Matthews grip
Equipment, and includes a Tulip Crane and a jib Arm. All the extras
are right here: Chroma Key Screens, Butterflies, Reflectors, Scrims,
Duvetyn drapes, Stands, Mounting equipment, etc. Looking for Ice,
Snow, Fog, Wind? Our Rental Inventory includes Turntables, Fog
Machines and Wind Machines. We also have a large selection of
Backdrops, Rigging, Staging, Tanks and more.
Our
Expendables
Store offers
hundreds of production supplies including Permacel gaffers tape,
Rosco gels and Paint, Superior Seamless paper, Trengove Special
effects, Slates, Pouches, Chroma Key and Ultimatte Products, etc.
From Fake ice to Breakaway bottles, we have what you need or we'll
find it for you.
